You can rid yourself of a life long pleasure very easily.......Dr. reads your blood report and your Blood Sugar is 136........130 is the onset of Type II Diabetes so says the Dr..
With bad diabetes on daddy's side, when Dr. said that, I had purchased a 30 pack of Bush Light the day before....Feb 16, 2015, and it's still sitting in my shop frige., case unopened. Haven't touched a drop of anything since and don't even use alcoholic mouth wash. BP is well in the limits now and don't take any medications to put it there.
The trick here was that I CHOSE to leave it be, it wasn't because I was OUT of beer.....it was there any time I wanted it. Made it easy to get it out of my life. Look back periodically and I'm doing just fine, even on hot days, especially when mowing grass, I always had a cool can handy, don't know how many cans got knocked over because when working on things I always had one in easy reach.....a sipper.......thought I'd never get over that but it was really easy! This BS about it being a "disease" as you see the idiot on TV commercials saying, is pure baloney.......it's all in your head!
