Perry, You will need a very good puller and some heat to remove the crankshaft pulley. Try not to pull on the thin part where the V-bely rides but rather on the solid part of the pulley. The new seal comes with a wear sleeve that installs on the pulley and a new seal that geta installed in the timing gear cover. When reinstalling the pulley you must heat it to 450 degrees and use a bolt in the threads in the end of the crankshaft to pull the pulley on . Don't pound it on. I always run a tap into the threads to clean them up before trying to pull the pulley on. Also , you don't have a lot of time before the pulley cools and its ID shrinks so you have to move right along . Good Luck , John
