This topic comes up on a regular basis. The general concensus seems to be that unless you're REALLY working that tractor (plowing for hours at a stretch, fer instance) unleaded pump fuel will be fine. On the subject of detergent vs. non-detergent oil, the general wisdom seems to be if the engine has been rebuilt and is clean, use a good detergent oil just as you would in a car. If the engine hasn't been opened up in 30 years, stick with a non-detergent to avoid dissolving old sludge deposits and plugging up the works. If you DO decide to go with detergent, change the oil AND the filter at very short intervals for a while until things get cleaned out.
