I saw an add in the paper today advertising a M-4050 Kubota tractor. I have always owned Ford, I.H. and John Deere tractors and know nothing about the Kubota tractor. It is a 2 wheel drive tractor with 1100 hrs. on it and the man wants $7000 for it. I have not seen the tractor yet cause it is about 65 miles from where I live. My question is- is this a good tractor and has anyone ever owned a 4050? I under stand they quit making this model in 1987. I will use it with a small back hoe that I have and am thinking about getting a loader for the front end. I know this is a crazy question to ask but does this sound like something worth checking out? Thanks Roy
