Plus economy is rolling these days easy to buy new 0% down,easy payments etc.When economy goes bust people start looking for cheaper ways to do things.Includes old tractors equipment,wood heat,back to the land movement etc all come back in style.Always a cycle.Now is a good time to buy up old stuff and amass cash to buy up all the repo stuff that shows up after the economy hits the skids.
