: My MF65 ('58) has a leaky gas tank that I havn't got around to fixing yet. : As a result, I've only been putting in about a half gallon of gas at a time when I run it. : The tractor idles great, but stalls out a lot with any sort of load on it. I'm wondering if this could be due to water in the gas (condensation in the empty tank, etc.) : Does this sound likely, or do you think it is something worse? If it is water, am I risking any damage when it bucks and stalls out? : Thanks! The way you discribe it , you have the symtoms of too small of a gap in your ign. points. Check it out, most 4 cyl. engines are .020 The rubbing block has probably worn down . And fix the tank too!!!!!
