Yes Human and Pig are the worst. The British had it right during the North African campaigns during WWII. if you had to do number two make sure you dig a "Cat" latrine and burry it when you were finished. The Germans whom you would think knew better, just went behind a tank or truck and would just go. Guess what armys got sick as dogs because of the flys eating and then walking all over everything.
