This post is to fallow up on this tractor. I had meet with this nice older gentleman and got to see what he wants to have restored. It is a G.M.C. Samson farm tractor. This tractor has a G.M.C. arrow out in the front to tell you where your front cast iron wheel is going. All steel wheels and it looks to me like a 1918 to 1920 farm tractor. If I do this tractor I am going to need this sites help on finding information on shop manuals, shop books on working on it. I hope you will enjoy picture I will post in the work being done on it. I will start on this project and till next summer time comes do to the fact I need my work shop to be built and done. Best to do work in doors keep every thing clean. This tractor is the one witch has a picture on the back of the Orphan tractor book.
