By the time you tear that down and clean the sealer off and put it back together with new bolts and a floor in it it will be just as cheap to buy new. The labor is the cost. By the time you pull that down your butt will be dragging and you still have to haul it home yet. As for the unloading auger it is not so much for your convenience as if you load semis they will charge you if you take to long to load so with an 8or 10 inch load out you will meet the time and will not be sorry for the bigger auger. When we put the full air floor in the one bin we put it an 8 inch load out auger and have not been sorry. Would like to go to a 10" or bigger auger to the truck from the bin. It takes about 45 minutes to and hour to load a semi with 8 inch auger up to the truck.
The auger tube will be under the floor if it has one if not then will be stuck in the concrete. The flighting will probably be worn enough just put the 8 inch in. Premier components in Alma/ST. Louis MI will have the tube and screw for that job. Might even have a short piece for you.
Make sure you get the concrete higher than the hopper on your auger you will load trucks with. Another words you don't want to have to dig a hole for the hopper. Always full of water or ice in the winter to chop out.
For the forms you could use some of the bin sheets with a cable around to hold them together.
