I am getting anti-freeze in my oil and gathered from this forum that it is probably a head gasket or the seals at the bottom of the wet sleeves. I think while I have it torn down to replace them I will add the overbore sleeves and domed top pistons. the tractor is a 1951 C but the engine has been replaced with a super C engine ( casting # 354898R2 ). I don't know if the head is from a C or super C or if there is a difference. I can not find a casting # . I also would like to clean up and polish the head and manifold ports and add the 240 governor spring and give it a few more rpm's. Can anyone give any advice or insight to my plan. Will these modifications break my grandfathers 70 year old tractor. I use it to pull a mower the manufacturer asks for 35 pto hp. but only use it about 80 hours a year. Thanks for any insight!
