I still have to make a nest box on the one end; put on the doors; and install the bundle of shingles. I scrounged everything to build it. Free pallets from work; nails and screws I had laying around rusting; couple bundles of shingles I had left over from roofing my house; cement blocks I got from a building they were tearing down; Everything. It is not snake or rat tight but that should keep the opossum from killing my chickens.
Yea some guys at work are calling me a cheap illegitimate child but that is OK. I just consider it frugal.
