I believe it can be changed and has an oil filter for the transmission. But I would advise against a T series Kubota mower.
We have a T2080 and since new, if the grass is taller than 4" it does a HORRIBLE job of cutting. Leaves major streaks of uncut grass. Lucky for us, we use it mostly for trimming and can cut the bulk of our lawns with our woods RD7200 rear discharge finishing mower. Sometimes have to mow over same grass multiple times to get it to cut with the Kubota. That is with new sharp blades. The deck is supposed to be a special mulching deck that one blade turns clockwise, the other counter-clockwise. Unless used for small residential acreage (20,000 sq ft) that you can mow once a week I would not recommend it. Google it for reviews of the job it does cutting.
On the plus side, it is a very comfortable ride with suspension on the operators platform.
