I am hoping someone can help me decide how to plum a snow blower to a 2001 jcb 215. Here is where I am at I have an older , mid 80's, blower I have fabricated mounts to allow me to scoop it into my loader bucket. I will need to operate:
ram on chute 3/8 line in and out
hydraulic gear drive to rotate the chute 3/8 line in and out
hydraulic motor to turn the auger 3/4 line in and out
Option 1: I have 3 spool controller that came with it. I was thinking I could run some lines from the quick connect couplings behind my cab, to the control, I would mount in the cab. I would run new lines from the unit to the control in the cab.
This would be the easier way to run the lines but it would require some way to route the lines into my cab i.e. modifying the Windows or creating a route through the floor. The old control unit is very heavy and cumbersome.
Option 2: I was hoping someone can inform me if there is a way to use my existing controls to operate the blower. If I could install two toggle type buttons for the chute, up down, left right, and a away to operate the auger.
Please let me know of any ideas any of you have to make it easy yet clean to attach and remove my snow blower plumbing.
