TYM builds tractors or at least a few lines for Mahindra, that might be why they look similar. In fact there are several S. Korean tractor companies that build tractors for other brands. LS is another one I can think of and they build a lot of the new holland models.
I shopped for a new tractor about 2 years ago and LS and TYM were two I paid close attention to. Comparing their specs to green and orange they would win at least in the 33-45hp range. The one spec I thought was odd were the LS & TYM had a good bit of a weight advantage over the others. Luckily I decided to save my money and bought a MF 245 with a few problems but I can deal with them. This took place right as the tier 4's were coming out. It seems that the people that knew about the tiers and emissions components were trying to buy up the tier 3's before getting stuck with a tier 4
