Foam filling is done by commercial tire dealers, is not cheap, and has advantages and disadvantages. It is industructable, heavy (more than chloride I think), and permanent. Bad points are that the ride is severely affected, tires are no longer balanced even close to what they normally are (speeds over 5mph can be quite scarey). Even with 0psi equivalent they are rock solid. Also, a weak rim can tear out due to the weight and stress, remember the tire no longer has any give. If you are logging or similar it's a good idea, if you are using your tractor for normal farming, stay away from foam!
