Hi all....new to forum and would like to get some info....first..the story.
We picked up this 51' Case VAC from a friend of mine who brought it up to me from California....tractor hadn't run in years....did the normal...cleaned the fuel tank, did the carb, new plugs and ignition system....topped off all fluids (did take awhile to find the hydraulic) got it running....engine wise it seemed to run great....clutch is wore out for sure....rear axle leaks like a open faucet..but for the what I needed to do around my property...I figured it would work ok....finally put her to the test with my neighbors brush hog.....it ran the mower just fine....fought with the 3-point the whole time (Eagle II)....then finally realized it was pumping hydraulic in the engine oil...
so here is were we are at now.....Wify has decided she wants something a little newer....and wants me to build the Case for antique tractor pulling....
So...everything aside.....were can one get ahold of a reseal for the drivetrain/axles....and were can I find a detailed description and breakdown of the Eagle II system.....wanting to find out why I fought it so much....and what that little valve on the side of the cylinger canister does
