How much shimming did it take ?? and did you shim the contour shaft ?? Who's T/A did you buy ?? did you take all the slack out of the contour shaft and get all the gears set in ?? Did you tighten it up tight and not back off and resnug it them pin it ?? since i can not hear what is going on and i was not holding your hand and looking at everything we are all guessing . I have installed a lot of them over the years and only once did i ever have a problem and i was glad it was on my own tractor and not a customers . Been out many times on farmer installed ones to fix a problem . sometimes they ship the wrong gear with the t/A and this will give you this problem . If you shim on the wrong side this will give you problems .
