We have 2 dealers here locally. One is a JD house and the other is a newly opened Mahindra about 30 miles away.
I was asking here for ideas on the old work horses. I don't need the bells and whistles of the new computerized tractors when I could find a ford 4/5000 to do the job. Or even a little case. Something that will take some abuse, has real metal and will keep running. My price range varies by condition of tractor but I'm willing to go to $10,000. That's why I asked, so I could start looking on CL, or the tractor auction site. If I could find a good running tractor with some life still in it for $3-5,000 it would be great.
