Youst to ski all the time. I started late when I was 18 now 43 and went with some friends to Mount Snow and my lesson was a friend giving me a nudge down the intermediate trail and yelling to me how to turn and stop.
Since then him and I would ski roughly 40 times a season and would leave on a whim from a party(we were not drinkers) at say 11pm at night go home try to sleep for an hour. and have skiied 90% of the NE and into Canada and even drove to Colorodo and skiied for 2 weeks at various places. I even got so into skiing that I taught skiing at Thunder Ridge (formally Big Birtch) in Patterson NY.
But now not so much and I have 3 fractured vertibrae (sp?) and a blown disc and a titanium plate in the front of my neck so my skiing days are probably over atleast until my kids want to learn to ski like their daddy.
