Ok , here we go . First make sure that fuel wis flowing strong to the carb. If not then ya have something blocking the flow from the tank. Check and make sure that there is a fine mesh screen in the sediment bowl , if not then ya need to clean the screen that is in the fitting at the carb . Then ya put the proper screen in the sediment bowl. There should be NO main fuel adjustment on that carb NONE . there is a shut down solenoid and when you turn the key on it opens up the main jet for MAX fuel. Next what plugs do you have in it , my self i like Autolite 386 or 3116 . Next check the ing. timing with the engine warmed up and the ft pulley marked at the proper setting and here i am not sure to the TOTAL advance on that tractor off the top of my head with out going out to the truck to check so you will have to look that up , You set the timing at wide open throttle . Next Change your GAS , yes your gas on the later I H gas engines they requier 93 octane gas here again look it up in a org owners manual as to fuel requierments. When was the last time the valves were adjusted ?? yep they need adjusted this is not a car or pick up . Now since this seams to only happen when you use your hyd.s then i would run a pressure test to see if maybe your pressure relief valve is not sticking. as i have seen hyd.plum put the fire out and kill a tractor dead in her tracks when the pressure relief stuck. Might be the hyd. doing this but i am leanning more to a fuel related problem and a timing issue , but plugging in a hyd test gauge good to 5000 Psi into the remotes will tellya real quick as your system should not go much over 2100 PSI but more like 1750 , but here again the books are in the truck and i am in my slipper it is COLD out there andi ain't going out to the truck till after lunch when i have to go on a service call today.
