Theoretically you could stress relieve after bending. It's bent from straight tubing and welded on at the factory so there is a process to stress relieve and heat treat back to original condition.
Called Finger Lakes equipment in NY and they had a new aftermarket for $180. I had looked at some of the other places that had new aftermarket and wanted $500+.
