I live in a rural area of central NY, and my son was running in one of the demolition derby's at our county fair. Before the start of the demo, the National Anthem is played over the loudspeakers. Three quarters of the way through, the sound system stopped working - the crowd picked it right up and finished it. Then a young girl from the crowd got up and offered to do it solo - she did a great job. Gave me chills - there's hope for this country yet Pete
