You can order em but the vast majority as sent to the dealers without the dealer ordering anything. They build and send the ones they know will sell. Most people don't want a regular cab plain jane work truck anymore. They want all the chewies and lickies (new phrase for bells and whistles). To be honest I want 6 way electric adjustable seating. This old body don't like hard bench seats built for a midget (someone under 6'3"). I want power steering too. 4X4 too. Lets see, air, tilt and cruise. Don't need a stereo. Power windows I can take of leave. Bottom line has to be looked at too. At trade in time lacking all the good stuff is going to bite you in the butt too. Cause the dealer then has to resell it. And darn few want something like a work truck. No matter how you slice it ordering a full sized work truck with trailer towing a package and a few options is still going to cost close to 30K or north of there. Watch the specials and you can pick up a loaded 4X4 for close to the same money.
