Hi Bryce Just eat sensibly and eat what you need to function for the day. Half these medical guys, that decide what we should eat is only an opinion, and that changes as the flag blows round the pole in the wind. and you also know the other saying about opinions L.O.L.
In 5'11 and well built. According to a nurse i know, She figures if they look me up on a height weight chart I'm 1000 years old and a giant red wood tree!. I farm here and push 4-6 Hard core 5x5 bales round most days, and if it's not frozen scrape concrete in 6 barns to doing chores. Then go in the shop lift heads/ flywheels, and clutches back in tractor jobs to most days. It seems to be If I was the Ideal size and weight I'd not be able to do half this stuff. As I need the body mass to be able to do a lot of this work. And it would probably make me look ill, being that light. I don't eat any fried breakfasts, or much other fried food very often though over a month. If we followed the rules on this and that being bad, for us we'd probably starve to death L.O.L.
