im fixing a flat on my 1971 f-350 its a commercial chassis with a 35 foot hydraulic ladder and bucket on it, i have been around these old trucks when they were new, but that was a long time ago ,this is the first time ive pulled a wheel off this truck since ive owned it , bought it a couple years ago, the wheels are 16 inch split rims, i grew up changing these, but its been years since ive indulged, the wheel mounting flange where the lugs go has dimples, like the early 1970's dodges had, this is the first time i remember pulling one on a ford, anybody remember if ford used these back in the day? the thing is currently a life saver as im hauling river silt and mud all day with a peterbilt 379, it requires the bed to be scraped clean every night after work as well as the whole truck washed, here on the farm without this bucket truck, well, it would make the job almost impossible
