It may cause some priority problems between the two circuits though but i don't think so. You would also have to check the flow capacity of the valves in the 7GPM circuit.Just tee off the 17 GPM circuit after the pump nad feed into 7 GPM circuit between pump and valve. Check valves after the pumps may also be a good idea. Hope this helps.
