One more thing. When I rebuilt mine, I did not have much money to put in it. I had one rod journal that was worn a bit. To get a good fit on the new bearing, I lined under the bearing with a few layers of tin foil. Ran it for years on the sawmill like that. Never had a problem. The belt pulley sits very high on the transmission housing and there is a pump low in the tranny to pump 90 wt up to the pulley gears. I paid $400 for mine and drove about 2 hours to get it. It was a very stout tractor and was quick on the governor which was good on the sawmill. I sold it to 2 boys who took it to the mountains to drag logs out. One of them jumped on it and started up the road about 20 miles. Richard in NW SC
