I covered about two acres black with old horse manure yesterday and today. Neighbors across the road came home from church and promptly drove out. I bet they were wishing I was burning leaves. A neighbor the next place down must have liked what I was doing and donated two large loads of his horse manure on my field. Dixie ask me if I had horse dung on my bibs a little bit ago. I said nope I left my coveralls out in the garage. With it on both sides of the house she'll get used to it. I disced the patch West of the house in just before dark. Might have regenerated the odor.
