The first time I was in Peral Harbor to visit the Arizona back in the early 1980's the Japanese nationalists were all over the thing, talking about the good old days I think. One would have thought that they won the war.
Next trip was a few years later. The USS Missouri was there, right by the Arizona, you you can actually step on the deck where the surrender happened. I did not see any Japs.
