I just had an email encounter with a seller on ebay. I bid on and won a drawbar for my cub on Ebay . I immediately went to paypal and paid the required amount. After shipping the drawbar the seller sent me an email wanting more money for shipping. The requested amount was equal to a 10% increase in price. After checking with Ebay they said that was a no-no. New I have recieved emails saying he will file a complaint and hinting at bad feed back. I could care less about the complaint and feedback since I only buy on ebay and pay immediately but I am still mad as all get out. I think he is running a scam to increase his profit and keeping stated costs low to increase sales What do ya'll think?????
