I went to chase a hunter off once and he told me he was going to sue because i interfered with his hunters rights! Hunters are ok as long as they ask and use gates and dont cut wires or leave a mess. Im not sure of this but if you put up a warning sign or no trespassing sign its the same as putting up a mean dog sign you know there is a danger there and if you dont correct it and somebody gets hurt you are responsable because you knew there was a danger and didnt correct it .a good way to make a rich lawyer. I put up leased property signs and give the rights to hunt to somebody i know and trust that way if somebody comes on you have more going for you
