I have a 60 gallon compressor housed in a side room on the machine shed. The line runs to a hose reel in the center of the shop so I can reach everything. I have a drier on the line right before the hose reel. I don't paint much (maybe somehi g big every 18 months) but have it on for air tools, etc.
I have an additional 60 gallon tank I have been meaning to plumb in to give me a little more storage. I would like to keep condensation out of the second tank (they will be side by side). Should I just move my drier to right off the compressor and that will be enough or do I leave my drier where it is and add a second one before the storage tank?
