Oh for crying out loud! He was in a PARADE in first gear the whole time. The entire parade route is paved and the maximum downgrade was MAYBE 1%. All the other tractor drivers in the parade were informed of a rookie driver and were happy to help look out for him. The PTO shaft is capped.
