Memory is a little foggy on total advance on that engine for ind. ap as to total timing since it has been many many moons since i worked on them and way tomany cobwebs in the attic . Your base line timing at idle with vac hose plugged should be between TDC and around 5-8 degrees and total some where around 28 to 32 degrees at 2000 RPM with full vac and centrif. advance total . BUT DON'T hold me to this as like i said been years.
