I'd say if you have a bigger motor and a long wheelbase (not a regular cab shortbox), your trailer brakes work, and don't get in too much of a hurry you'll be fine. I'd take 476 to 80, or go into Harrisburg and catch 322 up to State College, then grab I-99 to I-80 (probably the better route, it's flatter) to avoid tolls. Keep going straight to get onto 76 at Akron, run it over to 71 south, then go whichever way you prefer out of Columbus. I-70 west of New Stanton (once it splits off the pike) can be a real cluster. 45 speed limit, with no accel/decel lanes on the ramps, narrow lanes, it's not fun. And it gets pretty hilly in eastern Ohio and West Virginia.
