I have been pretty fortunate here as of late.'Bout the worst injury I ever had was about four years ago when I tore a rotor cuff while lifting A battery into the trunk of a car. Had it repaired, did as I was told, and after several weeks of therapy now have about 90% use of shoulder and arm. Doc said that was about as good as it would get. And, as in so many instances, this was due to my own carelessness, I tried to shift the position of the battery while setting it down, and let go of the strap with one hand. I almost blacked out from the pain.
