They company I raise chickens for finally came and got the last of them for this turn. I have until Jan 23 to get the building clean and ready for the next batch of pullets. My friend is getting all the manure this time, he raises organic row crop, in addition to my small pile he has turkey compost hauled in by the truckload. We started at about 11:00 and ended up hauling five loads in his nephews dump truck, last load left at 5:00. He has to haul it nine miles to his house and dumps it, then pushes it into a large pile with his loader before coming back. We have one more building to empty but I'll be using some of that to spread on my pasture as well. That is Tom standing by the truck, he runs all AC tractors but I dont hold that against him.
