Fords if you get a good one you're okay, if you get a bad one ask for your warranty on a roll of Charmin, that way it'll be worth something. The dealer can fix whatever he wants to or doesn't want to, Ford will back them up. I'd stay away from the Eco-boost, Ford wasn't able to get my 4.6 to run on all cylinders good luck on the more complex turbo V6. Bought the wife a new Dodge a few years back, unlike our Ford it doesn't leak rain into the cab, runs on all cylinders and the dealer has fixed anything that went wrong right with one trip and actually does warranty work 6 days a week vs 4 for our local Ford dealer, oh yes I haven't had to drive the Dodge around for 6 months with no cruise control or do a tie-rod inspection every 3,000 miles.
