if you are charging an entry fee be sure you check in on promoter insurance or make sure your entries have proof of insurance and be shown to you before the ride starts. No proof of insurance no ride. Then just normal stuff like smv. brakes in working order, no riders unless approved buddy seat, and a valid drivers license.
