It looks really nice. I used a press at a neighboring Amish farm to press almost 7 gallons last week. It was a fun experience, and I hope to have a press here to use by next year. The wood on the top and bottom of the press itself was 2-3" thick on his, so I am wondering if the wood on yours will be strong enough to take the pressure from the screw without deforming. Zach
