My daughter is 34. She had about 30-60 minutes of home work in elementary school. When she went to middle school and high school it went to about 60 minutes per subject per night. When she got into high school we even had to hire a tutor to help her with her math classes because she could only make a B with her mom and dad helping her. Did it pay off for her? Heck yes. She got her doctorate in Pharmacy and now makes a 6 figure salary, which is more than her mother and I have ever made combined. And she was educated in the public schools in Georgia.
