Hey guys, sorry i wasn't here to reply to your posts, had to rush off to an old school reunion and then from there to a viewing ( as we call them ) for a lady who is a caretaker for my mom or rather for her husband. anyway the end of this hose has what looks like a double crimp on it it looks as if the flat fitting has a small bulge on it and it looks as if it has to be crimped on one side and then the other. all the shops around here think that i want them to replace the part on that end, and I can't convince them that I want them to crimp a hose on that end. oh well maybe monday I can get a real hose shop to look at it.
