Depends on your location, if Kentucky Bluegrass grows well in your area then I would plant it and white clover for permanent sheep pasture, both seed varieties should be available at TSC or a local farm supply or hardware store that carries lawn and garden stuff. Oats make a good nurse crop for most any new seeding.
