I called a guy and set up to by a tractor in kilmarnock, almost 80 miles away. Called the guy FROM THE BANK telling him I'm on the way ( funny, banks won't give you 13k in cash anymore, ya gotta get cashiers check around here). He says, come on- so off I go. Now- I'm paying his asking price, and he knows I'm on the way with the money. I get there an hour and a half later just in time to see some other dude WRITING HIM A PERSONAlL check and loading up. WTF? I called you From the bank to get your name on the cashiers check!, and drove 160 miles with a trailer for squat!
