Thanks for that explanation NCWayne. That solves a mystery for me as to what in the world the guys around us would use the big round bales of straw for. Makes perfect sense now, just a few guys in the field to get it raked up and bailed and loaded on semis before it rains on it. Not sure they are doing the re-bailing themselves, probably selling to someone who does, like your guy.
