I was thinking along those lines, his dad was aces, I use to meet him or his mom, while they waited for him to finish up if he or oftentimes we were running a little late, before he was of age to drive. With all the darned freaks in that area, according to the law, and many we've experienced as local workers, this kid was the exception. Even when we were running late, his dad was never in any hurry, meaning when the work is done, he's done. At first it was a summer job, extra money, after school or just weekends as he played sports, you could tell dad wanted him to learn a good work ethic, which he did, never late, never any BS, had another kid work beside him, about these same, turned into a unreliable pain in the butt. I was not too sure what aspirations he had in life, knowing at some point he'd be out of school and onto the next part of life, he did like mechanical things, like cars and the equipment, was fun to show him or teach him things about it.
At that age, could have been girl troubles, or similar but he was a level headed kid from good home and family, my father was friendly with his dad whom has a good job at the arsenal.
Just one those things that's so hard to figure out.
