I have purchased a variety of forage products from them, with very good results. This place is what I would call "old school" Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable on the products they sell and they have been of great assistance in helping me choose the right "product" for what I am intending to do. Sometimes they have advised of a potential problem that I could have had if I went with what I thought I wanted to do. Instead they provided a different product that they thought would work just as good if not better and it was less money. I went with their suggestion and had very good results. I have not planted any of their corn so I cannot review their corn.
I really like their catalog. They use more laymens terms without any real scientific mumbo jumbo that the average person has trouble understanding.Check out their website it is just as good. Large variety of products. I must almost say that if they don't have it you may not need it. It is a family owned and run business with high standards in customer service.
A visit is a real pleasant experience. Reminds me of an old time Seed and feed store. You almost feel like you walked back in time as you enter their store as far as the atmosphere and the customer service. If you visit take the wife or girlfriend (or both if you can get away with it) as they have a lot of gardening and nursery products along with pet supplies, books bird feeders, etc. I recommend them highly and I do not give recommendations readily!
