Company I work for has dozens of 3/4-ton pick ups. We have Fords, Chevy's (and GMC) and Dodges. Ford and Chevy get replaced every 2 or 3 years. Dodges get replaced when needed. The one I'm currently driving is 9 years old and is in far better condition than the 1 or 2 year old Chevy/Fords. We've got gas and diesel in each brand. The one I drive is a hemi/auto/4wd/qc/long bed. Routinely pulls a 12,000 gooseneck. Never had an issue, never did notice any lack of power. My personal truck is an '04 Dodge equipped similar to my work truck. 295,000 miles and still going strong. Love it. Wife's truck WAS an '09 Chevy. We about had to give it away when we traded it in on a '11 Dodge diesel. Son had a PowerJoke Ford. Same as Chevy, we almost gave it away when it had 175,000 miles. He drives a Dodge now. Happy aa a clam with it.
All ya dORF and Shivvy fans can have 'em. I've had more'n enough of 'em. Don't want 'em junking up my driveway.
