I have used JB weld on my old 66 ford truck radiator and it is as brittle as a saltine cracker. It has held up for 5 years. I also have used it on exhaust pipes. Yes you heard me exhaust pipes. If you let it dry for a week it does real well and last until you need to replace the whole system. I have used in as close as the Y pipe and it will melt some but in the whole it works well. Put the sand blaster in the garage, unless you just want to prop the radiator up on it otherwise you will destroy the thing.
