Jacobsen lawn mower (late 1950's?)

I have a Jacobsen 21" SPC Rotary Mower Serial No. 35C21-16126 and up. It is from the late 1950's --I think! It has the "T" handel bar, it is self propelled, has a 2 ccle motor on it, cast aluminum deck, and the blade is a large round disc that has 4 (what appears to be mowing machine blades on it) for cutting the grass. The model number of my mower is 35021-19003. I need the starter assembly. The old spring in the hand starter has broke and I need a new spring, or a whole assembly if someone has one. The old Jacobsen part number for what I need is: 08912 (Recoil Starter Spring) The engine is classified as a J-175-VAS ---if that is any help.
